How to Discover us:

Coming from Nelson,  take the free ferry at Balfour, a 35 minute crossing to Kootenay Bay. Just a short 1 km/1/2 mile drive up the hill on highway 3A, turn left toward Riondel.  It will take about 10 minutes to arrive at the town sign, turn left onto Fowler, pass Bob’s Bar and Grill, turn left again onto Galena Bay Road when you see our fire hall and blue golf course signs.  The road will lead you right into the parking lot.

The Kootenay Lake Ferry is the longest free ferry ride in North America.

Driving from Creston, stay on Highway 3A north along Kootenay Lake.  This is approximately a one and a half hour scenic drive with quite a few curves and pull outs.  Take your time and enjoy the view, but be aware of the wildlife.  travel through Crawford Bay – or stop to take in the artisan shops – towards the Kootenay Lake Ferry.  Turn right on the road to Riondel and then follow the instructions above.
