Pro Shop Closes Sept 30 but Golfing Continues

The pro shop will close September 30, but the course remains open with the honour box in use as long as the weather holds.  October can be beautiful for golfing, so come on out!

Sunday, Sept. 16: Newkey’s Food and Beverage Tournament. 18 hole best ball. Tee off noon.

Saturday, Sept. 29: Brandon Slaviulo Memorial Tournament: 18 hole best ball. Tee off 10:00 a.m. Contact Enzo for details: 250-225-3252. Course closed until 2:30 p.m.

Fall Clubhouse Hours: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Thursday through Monday. Closed Tuesday and Thursday. The clubhouse will close for the season September 30.

Ladies Club Championship 2018

The Ladies Club Championship was held Wednesday, September 12.  Twelve ladies attended on a day that looked like it might be cold and rainy but turned out cloudy and comfortable.  Congratulations to winners Roxy Stevenson, overall low gross, and Sherrie Sutcliffe, overall low net.  Fran Kinder had the lowest putts of the season with 10!

Thanks to Ladies Club Captain Lynne Cranna for a wonderful season and Ivy Jeffrey for graciously hosting our potluck windup.

Ladies Bluebell Classic Winners


The Ladies Bluebell Classic was a huge success, with 46 golfers from all over B.C. and Alberta participating. It was a hot day, but we had a great time!

Congratulations to our winners: Overall Low Gross went to Elizabeth Wong with a score of 73 and Overall Low Net to Gabriele Barry with net 57. Special mention to our own Ivy Jeffrey, who made a hole in one on #8!

The Father’s Day Tournament has made a $95.00 donation to the Crawford Bay School lunch program.



All golfers aged 14 and under, accompanied by a paying golfer, will golf free of charge, including pull carts and club rentals, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after 2 p.m. Statutory holidays excluded. What a great opportunity to help your kids learn to golf!
